What both plans include

Both plans run the same tracker. The desktop app records the active window on Windows, macOS and Linux, sorts that activity into your projects, and adds up the billable hours — there is no timer to start and nothing to fill in at the end of the week. Invoicing is part of it: generate a PDF from a project’s billable total, or export CSV for any date range. The Revenue Leak Finder flags billable work that never made it onto an invoice; the leak calculator estimates what that is costing you today.

Pro is a single seat, sized for a freelancer billing by the hour. Team adds what a studio needs on top: a shared dashboard, per-member billable rates, utilization and capacity reporting, exports, and roles that decide who can see whose time.

How the trial works

Every new organization starts with 14 days of full access. No credit card, no locked features — the trial is the on-ramp, not a cut-down tier.

If it ends without a subscription, the account goes read-only instead of disappearing. Your history, reports, CSV exports and invoice PDFs all keep working; what stops is creating new time entries and syncing from the desktop app. A timer already running can still be stopped, so no elapsed time is lost at the boundary. Subscribe whenever you are ready and tracking picks up where it left off.

Seats, changes and cancelling

Team is billed per active member. Invite someone and the seat count goes up; remove them and it comes back down. The change syncs to your subscription automatically and is prorated, so you never pay for an empty seat or reconcile a seat count by hand.

Payments run through Stripe. Change plan, switch between monthly and yearly, update a card or cancel from the billing portal in Settings. Cancelling keeps the plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that; payments are otherwise non-refundable, as set out in the terms. Yearly billing is two months free — $90/yr on Pro, $120/seat/yr on Team.
