Harvest pricing in 2026 starts with a free plan for one seat and two projects, then two paid tiers billed per seat: Teams at $9 a seat per month on annual billing ($11 month to month), and Enterprise at $14 ($17.50 monthly). Harvest pricing, plan by plan

Three plans, two of them paid. The seat prices are the base rate. What the grid below does not show, because the pricing page does not either, is the usage layer that sits on top of the paid plans. That comes next.

Harvest advertises annual billing as 20% off, which works out to about 18% on Teams ($11 to $9) and 20% on Enterprise ($17.50 to $14). Harvest bills each paid plan as Flex (usage-based) or Unlimited (fixed usage fee); the seat prices above are the base rates.

The paid tiers are mostly a features question. Teams adds unlimited seats, billable and cost rates, team reporting and CSV import, and it is where the accounting and payment integrations live. Enterprise is the compliance tier: profitability reporting, timesheet approval, an activity log, unlimited custom reports, required notes and SAML single sign-on. If none of the Enterprise features are load-bearing for you, Teams is the plan the seat math below assumes.

What Harvest’s usage-based fees are

Here is the part the pricing page does not spell out. Each paid plan is billed one of two ways. On Flex you pay the per-seat base rate plus usage-based charges calculated on your prior billing period. On Unlimited the usage fee is a fixed price instead. On Flex the metered items are your active projects, active clients, active tasks and invoicing. Each plan includes a free allowance, and you pay for what runs above it.

Harvest does not publish a per-unit rate on the pricing page, and for new accounts the usage charges begin at the second paid renewal. So the seat price you sign up for is a floor, not the whole bill. To see your own number, open the billing page in your Harvest account, or ask Harvest for a full quote that includes usage before you renew.

The reason this keeps landing in forums is the size of some renewals. On r/projectmanagement, one Harvest user, u/steffunnyshere, wrote that after the Bending Spoons acquisition the plan they were told they would move to was “$1,900 a month. That is not a typo.” You can read the original thread for the full account. Not every account sees a jump like that; the rollout has been staggered, and some accounts report no increase yet.

• 2025 into 2026. The new model reaches accounts at renewal on a staggered rollout, and for new accounts the usage charges begin at the second paid renewal.

Is Harvest pricing worth it in 2026?

For some workflows, yes. Harvest’s invoicing is mature and collects payment, expense tracking is built in, Harvest Forecast adds capacity planning, and there are more than fifty integrations including Asana, Slack, Stripe, QuickBooks and Xero. If you bill in clear blocks and lean on that ecosystem, the base seat price is competitive with the rest of the category.

Where it stops being worth it is predictability and platform. Capture is a manual start and stop timer, so forgotten timers turn into unbilled hours. The usage fees make a monthly total hard to forecast as your project and client counts grow, which lands hardest on the busiest accounts. And there is no native Linux desktop app, which decides the question for part of this audience.

The clearest overpay case is the account that grows into the usage fees. If you add clients and projects every quarter, the metered layer climbs with them while the sticker seat price stays the same, so the gap between what the pricing page shows and what you actually pay widens over time.
